Welcome to LEAP

Learning as Engagement And Participation (L.E.A.P.) is a research group created by Dr. Jennifer A. Vadeboncoeur in the Human Development, Learning and Culture Program Area of the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology and Special Education.

Research Aims:
  • to study flexible learning centres across the United States, Australia, and Canada as spaces for re-engaging youth
  • to develop and study virtual spaces for the integration of theory and practice in teacher education
